Welcome to Alexa Riech's Official website! Alexa Riech is a level 10 gymnast training at Hot Shots Gymnastics in New York. Before moving up to the highest level of the Junior Olympic program in 2006, Alexa placed 14th in the all-around and third on vault at the 2005 Level 9 Eastern Championships.

During Alexa's first year as a level 10 in 2006, she finished eighth in the all-around and third on vault at the Level 10 Regional Championships. In 2007, she finished seventh in the all-around and third on floor exercise at the Level 10 Regional Championships. There, she qualified to the Junior Olympic Nationals. In 2008, an injury prevented her from be able to qualify to JO Nationals again. However, she bounced back in 2009 with a successful season. She placed in the top three in five different competitions. At the Level 10 State Championships, she finished seventh in the all-around and third on vault. She then won a bronze medal in the all-around and won a gold medal on vault at the Regionals. She qualified to the JO Nationals in Seattle, Washington. There, she improved her 2007 results, where she finished impressive 7th on floor exercise and 14th on vault. In November of 2009, Alexa achieved her ultimate gymnastics goal by receiving a scholarship to University of Denver!
